Digital Marketer – Real Estate (Full‑time, Lagos)

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Digital Marketer to join our real‑estate team in Lagos. You will create and execute online campaigns that boost property visibility, generate qualified leads, and support sales growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and launch digital marketing campaigns for property listings.
• Manage social media channels and maintain a strong online presence.
• Run and optimise paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram and Google.
• Generate, nurture and hand over leads to the sales team.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse data and produce regular reports.
• Stay informed on real‑estate market trends and digital‑marketing best practices.

Required profile

• OND/HND/BSc degree in Marketing or a related field.
• Proven experience in digital marketing; experience in real‑estate is a plus.
• Residence within or close to Ogba, Lagos.

Required skills

• Paid advertising on Facebook, Instagram and Google.
• Lead‑generation strategy development.
• Use of analytics and reporting tools.
