Digital Marketer – Lead Generation & Sales

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Digital Marketer to drive lead generation, sales and partnership initiatives for our clients in Lagos and across Nigeria. You will be the bridge between prospecting activities and client onboarding, ensuring revenue targets are met while delivering value to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Research and identify new clients, markets and business opportunities.
• Conduct cold calls, emails, direct messages and in‑person meetings to pitch services.
• Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to negotiation, closing and onboarding.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly revenue and client acquisition targets.
• Build and maintain relationships with key clients, vendors and partners.
• Increase account retention through upselling and cross‑selling.
• Attend networking events, exhibitions and industry meetings to represent the company.
• Analyse market trends, competitor activity and customer needs in Lagos/Nigeria.
• Prepare proposals, presentations and contracts.
• Collaborate with Operations/Delivery to ensure client success post‑sale.
• Provide feedback to Product and Marketing on client requirements.

Required profile

• Minimum qualification of an HND.
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar digital marketing or sales role.

• Competitive monthly salary ranging from NGN 150,000 to NGN 250,000.
