Digital Enterprise Development & Branding Trainer (Contract)

About the role

Kerberos Technologies Limited is seeking a practice‑oriented trainer to support the NDE‑KTL Digital Employability and Enterprise Skills Training Programme. The role focuses on helping trainees and small business operators turn digital skills into income‑generating services through business modelling, branding, pricing and market access.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver hands‑on enterprise acceleration sessions covering business model development, service packaging, branding and digital market access.
• Guide trainees in creating business plans, price lists, customer profiles and go‑to‑market strategies.
• Mentor participants on enterprise pitching, business readiness assessment and post‑training follow‑up.
• Produce reports on trainee readiness, business ideas and market linkage opportunities.

Required profile

• HND or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing, Entrepreneurship, ICT or related field.
• Minimum five years of experience in entrepreneurship development, SME advisory, business development or digital enterprise support.
• Strong knowledge of Nigerian SMEs, informal sector, youth employment and freelancing pathways.
• Experience working with government, donor, NGO or incubation programmes is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with WhatsApp Business and other digital communication tools.
• Ability to develop simple financial records, pricing models and branding guidelines.
