DevSecOps Team Lead

About the role

2AM Tech is looking for an experienced DevSecOps Team Lead to build and run a high‑performing DevSecOps function. You will be responsible for delivering secure, scalable, and automated software delivery pipelines across hybrid cloud and on‑premises environments.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute the CI/CD, automation, and platform engineering roadmap.
• Design, build, and maintain secure CI/CD pipelines using GitOps practices.
• Implement automated security controls throughout development, testing, and deployment.
• Manage Kubernetes clusters, container platforms, and infrastructure automation across cloud and on‑premise environments.
• Develop Infrastructure‑as‑Code solutions with Terraform, Helm, and related tools.
• Enforce container security, secrets management, vulnerability scanning, and security policies.
• Establish DevSecOps standards, best practices, and operational processes.
• Collaborate with Software Engineering, Security, Infrastructure, and Product teams to improve delivery velocity and reliability.
• Monitor system performance, availability, and security posture.
• Mentor and develop DevSecOps engineers, fostering a culture of automation and continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Strong experience in DevOps, SRE, Cloud Engineering, or Platform Engineering with a security‑focused mindset.
• Proven team leadership and technical mentoring abilities.
• Hands‑on experience managing hybrid cloud and on‑premises infrastructure.
• Deep understanding of Linux systems, networking, and cloud platforms.
