Design and Creative Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Design and Creative Partner to join ProfilePro’s founding team in Lagos. This is a long‑term, equity‑based partnership where you will help shape the visual identity and brand experience from the ground up.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute visual concepts for the company’s products and marketing materials.
• Define and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all touchpoints.
• Collaborate with product, engineering and business teams to translate ideas into compelling designs.
• Experiment with new design approaches and iterate based on feedback.
• Contribute to the overall creative strategy and help drive the company’s visual direction.

Required profile

• Strong visual thinking and a passion for creating impactful designs.
• Comfortable working in an early‑stage environment and taking ownership of design decisions.
• Ability to understand branding beyond aesthetics and align design with business goals.
• Willingness to grow together with the company and share in its success.
