Dentist – Full-time

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Dentist to join our multi‑site practice in Abuja, Lagos, and Rivers State. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive oral health care, ranging from preventive cleanings to complex restorative procedures, ensuring high standards of patient safety and satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct patient consultations, diagnose dental issues, and develop treatment plans.
• Perform routine cleanings, extractions, root canals, cavity fillings, and other dental procedures.
• Correct bite problems and address overcrowding using appropriate orthodontic techniques.
• Apply preventive agents such as sealants and whitening treatments.
• Prescribe medications, including pain relievers and antibiotics, and administer sedation or anesthesia when required.
• Order and interpret diagnostic measures such as X‑rays and dental models.
• Utilize dental instruments—including drills, probes, brushes, and mirrors—to examine and treat patients.
• Maintain accurate patient records and collaborate with clinic staff to deliver coordinated care.

Required profile

• A degree in Dentistry with 1‑2 years of relevant experience.
• Valid state dental license and malpractice insurance.
• Strong computer proficiency and experience with healthcare databases and applications.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Commitment to comply with all local, state, and federal health regulations.
