Demand Planner

About the role

We are looking for a Demand Planner to join our Lagos team. The role focuses on analysing historical sales data, creating accurate demand forecasts and ensuring that supply aligns with market needs.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse past sales and market data to develop reliable demand forecasts.
• Maintain and improve demand planning processes and tools.
• Collaborate with sales, production and inventory teams to align supply plans with forecasted demand.
• Monitor inventory levels and recommend adjustments to meet business and customer requirements.
• Prepare regular reports and provide insights to support strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Economics or a related field.
• Proven experience in demand planning, forecasting and production planning, preferably in FMCG or a similar fast‑moving environment.
• Strong analytical ability to interpret data and spot trends.
• Excellent communication skills for cross‑functional collaboration.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic setting.

Required skills

• Advanced Excel.
• Experience with demand planning software or systems.
