About the role

We are seeking a Delivery Team Lead who believes strong delivery performance stems from well‑designed systems, logical processes, and effective coaching rather than pressure. In this remote, full‑time position you will work daily with delivery agents to improve their mindset, communication, decision‑making, and customer interaction quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage delivery agents on a day‑to‑day basis.
• Increase successful delivery rates and reduce customer refusals.
• Monitor operational discipline and delivery stability metrics.
• Coach agents during challenging deliveries and help them handle objections.
• Enhance communication quality and teach emotional purchasing behavior.
• Identify and correct ineffective behavior patterns.
• Build and maintain consistent delivery performance across the team.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of human behavior and customer psychology.
• Ability to teach and coach people effectively.
• Systematic thinker who can design logical operational structures.
• Skilled at influencing performance through clear standards and logic.
