About the role

We are looking for a highly skilled and innovative Data Scientist to join our growing team in Osun. The role involves analyzing large datasets, building predictive models, and delivering actionable insights that solve complex business problems.

Key responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and preprocess large datasets from various sources to ensure data quality.
• Develop, implement, and validate machine learning models to predict trends, behaviours, and outcomes.
• Analyze complex datasets to uncover patterns, correlations, and insights that support business decisions.
• Build and maintain predictive models and algorithms for business optimisation.
• Collaborate with business leaders to understand objectives and drive data‑based solutions.
• Design experiments, conduct A/B tests, and apply statistical analysis to interpret results.
• Visualise data trends, model outputs, and insights using data‑visualisation tools.
• Communicate findings and technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders clearly.
• Stay up‑to‑date with advancements in data science, machine learning, and AI technologies.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data science or a related role.
• Proven experience designing and implementing end‑to‑end data‑science solutions.
• Strong foundation in machine learning, statistical analysis, and data‑modeling techniques.
• Experience working in a fast‑paced, business‑or product‑driven environment.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting technical findings to non‑technical audiences.
