Data Mining and Email Marketing Intern

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Data Mining & Email Marketing Intern to support our digital marketing team. You will gain hands‑on experience in building and managing email databases, segmenting audiences, and analysing campaign performance to drive data‑driven decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Extract and mine data from multiple sources to create high‑quality email lists.
• Clean, validate, and organise large datasets for accuracy and usability.
• Assist in audience segmentation based on behaviour, demographics and engagement.
• Support planning and execution of data‑driven email campaigns.
• Analyse open rates, click‑through rates and conversions to identify trends.
• Conduct A/B testing and recommend optimisation actions.
• Generate reports and dashboards to present insights.
• Collaborate with the HR team to align data strategies with business goals.

Required profile

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in any field.
• Basic knowledge of data mining, analysis or database management.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Detail‑oriented and organized.
• Interest in data‑driven marketing and digital analytics.
