About the role
We are looking for a meticulous Data Entry and ERP Personnel to join our team in Lagos. The role focuses on entering, updating and safeguarding production and inventory data within our ERP system while ensuring high data quality.
Key responsibilities
- Enter, update and maintain production, inventory and related records in the ERP system.
- Verify data accuracy, correct errors and re‑enter information when necessary.
- Maintain and organise databases, including creating, updating and deleting records.
- Perform regular data backups and retrieve information on request.
- Provide occasional administrative support such as preparing reports and retrieving data.
- Ensure compliance with data entry policies, security regulations and company procedures.
Required profile
- HND or BSc degree with at least 2 years of relevant experience.
- Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
- Good communication and organisational abilities.
- Ability to identify and resolve data entry errors.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ERP systems.
- Experience using data entry software.
