About the role

The Data Activation Officer will support the distribution and activation of data packages for POS devices across assigned locations. This entry‑level position involves direct interaction with customers and team members to ensure smooth activation processes.

Key responsibilities

Activate data packages for POS devices as required.
Support distribution and activation of data packages across assigned locations.
Communicate effectively with customers, team members, and stakeholders.
Assist users with basic data activation procedures and follow established processes.
Provide updates on activation activities and report challenges.

Required profile

Possess a functional smartphone.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes.
Ability to work effectively within a team and be result‑oriented.
Previous experience in sales and marketing is an advantage.
