Dairy Milk Production Line Technician / Operator

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Dairy Milk Production Line Technician / Operator to join our manufacturing team in Igbesa, Ogun. The role involves operating and maintaining automated dairy processing and packaging equipment while ensuring product quality and safety.

Key responsibilities

• Operate, monitor and maintain automated dairy processing and packaging machinery.
• Perform routine equipment inspections, troubleshooting and basic preventive maintenance.
• Monitor processing parameters such as temperature, pressure and flow rates to guarantee product consistency.
• Clean and sanitize equipment and work areas in accordance with CIP and hygiene protocols.
• Ensure strict compliance with food safety, HACCP and GMP standards.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or equivalent; technical certification in Food Processing or Mechanical Engineering is a plus.
• 1–2 years of experience in a food, beverage or dairy manufacturing environment.
• Strong understanding of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
• Good mechanical aptitude and ability to work in shifts, standing for extended periods.
