Customer Success & Onboarding Representative (Contract)

About the role

Shepall App Limited is looking for motivated Customer Success & Onboarding Representatives to be the face of its education platform, Scoripy, across schools in Northern Nigeria. This performance‑based contract role involves visiting campuses, introducing the software to decision‑makers, and guiding schools through their first exams or credential issuances.

Key responsibilities

• Travel to secondary, vocational and higher‑education institutions to present Scoripy to proprietors, principals, registrars and IT directors.
• Pitch the platform’s value to department heads, exam directors and other stakeholders.
• Support schools during the initial onboarding phase, ensuring successful setup of exams, digital attendance and credential issuance.
• Act as the primary point of contact for introductions and maintain high satisfaction, escalating technical issues to the internal team.
• Collect feedback from schools to help improve the product.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to two years of relevant experience.
• Strong communication, persuasion and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel extensively across Northern Nigeria.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to work independently.
