Customer Success Consultant (Lagos)

About the role

FieldAssist is seeking an energetic Customer Success Consultant to join our Lagos team. You will work closely with international clients, helping them adopt our SaaS platform and achieve their business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and global clients to ensure smooth project execution.
• Deliver in‑depth training sessions on product usage for client stakeholders.
• Handle high‑severity requests and issue escalations.
• Guide clients on product features and best practices.
• Drive client scale‑ups toward enterprise‑level penetration.
• Communicate new feature releases and enhancements aligned with client needs.
• Monitor product adoption and usage metrics.
• Configure and demonstrate the product during pre‑execution phases.
• Travel to client offices as required.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Proactive, go‑getter attitude with strong work ethic.
• Detail‑oriented problem‑solver with a solution‑focused mindset.
• Valid passport and mandatory proficiency in French.
