Customer Success Consultant

About the role

We are seeking an energetic Customer Success Consultant to join FieldAssist’s Customer Success team in Lagos. You will act as the bridge between our SaaS platform and international clients, ensuring they derive maximum value from our solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with internal teams and global clients to guarantee smooth, timely project execution.
• Deliver in‑depth training sessions for client stakeholders on product usage.
• Handle high‑severity requests and escalations, providing swift resolutions.
• Guide clients on product features and best practices to boost adoption.
• Drive client scale‑ups toward enterprise‑level penetration across worldwide teams.
• Communicate new feature releases and enhancements aligned with client needs.
• Monitor product usage metrics and advise on adoption strategies.
• Configure and demonstrate the solution during pre‑execution phases when required.
• Maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction.
• Travel to client offices internationally as needed.

Required profile

• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation abilities.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Go‑getter attitude with a strong work ethic.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail and a solution‑oriented mindset.
• Enthusiasm for technology and demonstrated technical aptitude.
• Valid passport and mandatory proficiency in French.
