Customer Service Representative

About the role

Join Yousheng Group as a Customer Service Representative focused on outbound outreach to retain and reactivate existing users. You will communicate product updates, resolve inquiries, and help maintain strong relationships with our platform users.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to existing and inactive users, delivering product information and service updates.
• Address user questions, concerns, and complaints, escalating when necessary.
• Record call details, feedback, issues, and follow‑up actions in the CRM.
• Update internal systems with real‑time logs and generate daily/weekly performance reports.
• Meet or exceed daily call quotas and recall targets set by the supervisor.
• Collaborate with the team to achieve department KPIs and share user insights for service improvement.
• Participate in training sessions, team meetings, and performance reviews.

Required profile

• Entry‑level candidates with up to 12 months of relevant experience.
• Fluent in English and proficient in at least one local language (Yoruba, Hausa, or Igbo).
• Strong verbal communication, active listening, and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to operate a tablet or smartphone for CRM updates and type simple reports accurately.
• Positive attitude, emotional intelligence, and resilience during difficult conversations.
• Female candidates aged 18–33 are highly recommended.
