Customer Representative – Fashion Retail

About the role

Kenike Fashion Enterprise is looking for a proactive Customer Representative to join its fast‑growing fashion retail team in Lagos. You will be the first point of contact for customers across digital channels, turning enquiries into sales and supporting the brand’s growth.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to customer enquiries on WhatsApp, Instagram and other communication platforms.
• Convert enquiries into paying customers and follow up leads.
• Maintain accurate customer records and coordinate updates throughout production.
• Source fabrics, trims and accessories both online (e.g., AliExpress) and in physical markets.
• Assist with content creation and drive social‑media engagement.
• Support marketing initiatives and customer retention programmes.
• Work closely with the CEO on business development activities.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong customer‑service orientation with proven sales ability.
• Good understanding of Instagram, WhatsApp Business and other social platforms.
• Highly organised with great attention to detail.
• Comfortable sourcing materials online and offline.
• Fashion industry experience is a plus but not mandatory.
