Customer Relation Lead

About the role

The Customer Relation Lead will be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring a seamless and positive experience throughout their journey with us. You will work closely with internal teams to translate client needs into actionable solutions and help grow our customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.
• Respond promptly to client inquiries and concerns.
• Convert prospects into paying customers through effective communication.
• Ensure clients have a seamless and positive experience.
• Enforce company policies while maintaining customer satisfaction.
• Maintain customer records and provide regular feedback on customer trends.
• Collaborate with internal teams to improve client experience.

Required profile

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree.
• At least 2 years of experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation and conflict‑resolution abilities.
• Ability to multitask and manage client expectations.
• Experience in media, hospitality, or service industries is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM tools.

• Competitive salary ranging from NGN 70,000 to NGN 150,000 per month.
