About the role
As the Creator Success Lead at Zela.pro you will be the primary liaison between the company and its top creators. You will ensure creators are onboarded smoothly, receive the support they need, and have a voice in product development.
Key responsibilities
- Personally onboard the top 100 creators onto the platform.
- Run a creator advisory board with monthly calls and quarterly in‑person meetups in Lagos and São Paulo.
- Surface product feedback weekly to engineering and product leadership.
- Own creator‑facing programs such as partner cohorts, brand‑deal matching, and podcast appearances.
- Manage the in‑app support inbox during local working hours.
Required profile
- 3+ years experience in customer success, community, or operations within a creator‑economy or fintech product.
- Excellent written English; additional language a plus.
- Comfortable appearing on camera for creator communications.
- Based in Lagos and willing to travel quarterly across Africa.
