Creative Director

About the role

We are seeking a Creative Director to lead the creative vision for our media projects at JV Management Consulting Limited in Abuja. You will shape storytelling, oversee content production and ensure brand consistency across all digital and multimedia outputs.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and drive the overall creative vision for all media projects, aligning with brand identity.
• Lead concept development, storytelling, scriptwriting and storyboarding.
• Collaborate with producers, project managers and production teams throughout pre‑production, production and post‑production.
• Mentor and manage designers, writers, videographers, editors and freelance creatives.
• Review and approve creative concepts and final deliverables before client delivery.
• Maintain high creative standards and continuously improve processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Film, Media, Communications, Creative Arts, Marketing or related field.
• Minimum two years of experience in a Creative Director, Creative Lead or similar leadership role within a media or creative agency.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating branding, storytelling and multimedia production.
• Excellent leadership, communication and project management abilities.
• Solid understanding of content strategy, digital media and visual storytelling.
