Creative & Design Assistant

About the role

We are looking for an experienced fashion professional to support our Creative Director in turning creative vision into tangible collections. The role blends design thinking with production coordination, ensuring that every garment moves smoothly from concept to final quality check.

Key responsibilities

• Create moodboards, sketches, and trend forecasts to guide each collection.
• Advise on fabric selection and assess construction feasibility.
• Source and purchase production materials from local markets.
• Track garment progress, maintain work‑in‑progress records, and conduct basic quality control checks at critical stages.
• Liaise between the Creative Director, production team, and vendors to guarantee timely delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum 2–3 years of relevant fashion experience.
• Strong understanding of current men’s and women’s trends with the ability to forecast future directions.
• Proven ability to manage multiple design and production tasks efficiently.
