Corporate Services Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Corporate Services Manager to lead our administrative, procurement, facilities, communications and business development functions. The role ensures efficient delivery of corporate support services and contributes to strategic objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day administration and corporate support functions.
• Develop and implement business development initiatives to drive growth.
• Manage procurement activities, vendor relationships and contract administration.
• Coordinate corporate communications, branding and marketing activities.
• Identify and cultivate strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
• Supervise facility management to maintain a safe and functional workplace.
• Develop policies and procedures that improve operational efficiency.
• Manage office resources, suppliers and service providers.
• Prepare departmental budgets, reports and performance metrics.
• Support executive management with strategic planning and special projects.
• Ensure compliance with organisational policies and relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in corporate services, administration or business development.
• Experience in procurement, vendor management and contract administration.
• Strong knowledge of office administration and operational processes.
• Excellent stakeholder management, negotiation and communication skills.
• Project‑management, organisational and problem‑solving abilities.
• Experience in the healthcare industry is an advantage.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
