Corporate Sales Executive

About the role

The Corporate Sales Executive will drive revenue growth for a leading hotel in Port Harcourt by building relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, and event planners. This role focuses on promoting accommodation, conference facilities, and other hospitality services while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities to increase hotel occupancy and revenue.
• Build and maintain relationships with corporate clients, travel agencies, event planners, and key accounts.
• Promote the hotel's accommodation, conference facilities, restaurant, and other hospitality services.
• Prepare sales proposals, negotiate contracts, and close business deals.
• Conduct sales visits, presentations, networking activities, and client meetings.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities, and prepare periodic sales performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or HND in Marketing, Business Administration, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2–3 years' sales experience, preferably within the hospitality industry.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, presentation, and relationship management skills.
• Self‑motivated, customer‑focused, results‑driven, and willing to travel for business development activities.
