Copywriter & Content Creator – Real Estate Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a creative Copywriter and Content Creator to join Fhemfel Homes’ marketing team in Abuja. You will produce engaging written and video content that promotes our real‑estate projects and strengthens our brand across digital and print channels.

Key responsibilities

• Write clear, persuasive copy for video scripts, social media posts, newsletters, brochures, ads, blogs and other marketing materials.
• Produce and appear in video content for social media and digital campaigns.
• Collaborate with videographers and the digital marketing team to develop concepts, messaging and scripts.
• Research industry trends, market developments and competitor content to ensure relevance.
• Edit and proofread all content for accuracy, consistency and brand compliance.
• Optimize copy for SEO to improve organic visibility.
• Create headlines, taglines, slogans and calls‑to‑action that drive engagement and lead generation.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in copywriting or content creation.
• Excellent writing, editing and proofreading abilities.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media and SEO best practices.
• Ability to craft audience‑focused, persuasive content.
• Good research, storytelling and communication skills.
• Experience in the real‑estate sector is a plus.
