Continental Chef

About the role

We are seeking a skilled Continental Chef to join our kitchen team in Port Harcourt. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high‑quality continental cuisine while maintaining strict hygiene and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook a variety of continental dishes, including pastas, grilled items, sauces, and plated meals, to established standards.
• Maintain kitchen cleanliness, food safety, and attractive presentation of all dishes.
• Manage ingredient inventory, control stock levels, and minimize waste.
• Ensure timely and consistent delivery of meals during service periods.
• Collaborate effectively with fellow kitchen staff to achieve smooth operations.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience working as a Continental Chef.
• Good knowledge of pasta preparation, grilling techniques, sauce creation, and plating.
• Resides near Tombia Extension, GRA, and can commute reliably.
• Disciplined, able to work under pressure, neat, presentable, and a strong team player.
