Content Writer

About the role

The Content Writer will create clear, engaging, and compelling written material that supports the organization’s marketing, corporate communications, and digital media strategies. This role ensures consistency in tone, voice, and brand messaging across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Develop original content for websites, blogs, social media, newsletters, press releases, and marketing campaigns.
• Research industry topics to produce accurate and informative pieces.
• Collaborate with marketing, design, and communications teams to align content with brand strategy.
• Edit and proofread to ensure clarity, grammar accuracy, and consistency.
• Optimize content for SEO and digital performance.
• Maintain content calendars and meet project deadlines.
• Interview subject‑matter experts for technical or industry‑specific content.
• Repurpose existing material into articles, captions, scripts, email campaigns, etc.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Mass Communication, Journalism, Marketing or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in content writing, copywriting or a similar role.

Required skills

• Knowledge of SEO principles and keyword research tools.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Experience using content management systems (CMS).
• Familiarity with social media platforms and digital publishing tools.
• Basic understanding of analytics tools such as Google Analytics.
