Content & Social Media Executive

About the role

We are looking for a creative Content & Social Media Executive to drive our brand’s online presence across Instagram, TikTok and Facebook. You will work closely with the founder and team to produce authentic short‑form video and visual content that showcases our products and story.

Key responsibilities

• Create, shoot and edit engaging short‑form videos for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
• Develop and maintain a consistent social media content calendar.
• Manage daily posts, stories and other platform‑specific content.
• Produce product, behind‑the‑scenes, customer, lifestyle and educational content.
• Identify relevant trends and adapt them for the brand.
• Collaborate with the founder and team to capture authentic brand visuals.
• Monitor performance, generate reports and provide insights.
• Engage with the online community and drive enquiries.
• Repurpose high‑performing content across platforms.
• Maintain the brand’s voice and visual standards.
• Respond to basic enquiries and direct qualified buyers to the sales channel.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in content creation, social media management or digital marketing.
• Strong understanding of Instagram, TikTok and Facebook ecosystems.
• Creative, proactive and able to generate content ideas independently.
• Good written communication and caption‑writing abilities.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines and keep a consistent posting schedule.
• Experience with consumer, food, lifestyle or FMCG brands is a plus.
• Portfolio or samples of previous work are mandatory.
