Content Production Officer

About the role

The Content Production Officer will create engaging, brand‑aligned content that supports marketing, customer engagement, and service communication for a fast‑growing travel, tours and concierge company. Working on‑site in Warri, you will collaborate with internal teams to translate service offerings and campaign goals into compelling digital and print materials.

Key responsibilities

• Research travel trends and customer interests to inform content strategy.
• Draft, edit, and produce copy for social media, website, brochures, flyers, video scripts, and presentations.
• Maintain content calendars and libraries, ensuring timely delivery of all communication assets.
• Coordinate with designers, videographers, and other team members to ensure brand consistency.
• Support campaign execution across both Warri and Abuja offices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Marketing, Media, English, Business or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Strong writing, editing and storytelling abilities.
• Excellent research, organization and time‑management skills.
• Experience in travel, tourism, hospitality or a customer‑focused industry is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Canva.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite.
• Proficiency with CapCut.
• Basic smartphone videography and visual content production.
