Content Manager Intern

About the role

Support remote content and communications activities from Lagos by creating clear, engaging content that informs job seekers, strengthens the brand, and supports audience growth across digital channels. The internship focuses on gaining practical experience in digital content management, career‑focused communications, and platform growth.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and develop content for social media, blog articles, newsletters, and platform updates.
• Research employment, career development, recruitment, and workplace topics relevant to Nigerian audiences.
• Write, edit, proofread, and format accurate, accessible content in line with brand standards.
• Maintain a content calendar and coordinate deadlines with internal stakeholders.
• Monitor content performance and prepare basic reports using engagement insights.
• Support campaign ideas, community engagement, and continuous improvement of content processes.

Required profile

• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, and research abilities.
• Understanding of social media content creation and digital audience engagement.
• Ability to develop concise, helpful content for job seekers and employers.
• Basic knowledge of content calendars, search‑friendly writing, and performance metrics.
• Familiarity with Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, Canva, or comparable content tools.
• Good organization, attention to detail, time management, and follow‑through.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and collaborate effectively online.
• Interest in recruitment, career development, professional training, or workplace trends.
