Content Creator & Social Media Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Content Creator & Social Media Specialist to lead our influencer marketing campaigns across Africa. You will craft compelling content, manage relationships with top African influencers, and drive measurable results for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute influencer marketing strategies, securing partnerships with leading African creators.
• Create engaging multimedia content that showcases agency expertise across all social platforms.
• Manage client relationships, present services, and identify new business opportunities.
• Analyze campaign performance, produce KPI reports, and recommend optimisation tactics.
• Collaborate with the sales team to secure new client contracts and expand the agency’s footprint in Nigeria and the wider region.

Required profile

• 5+ years in influencer or digital marketing.
• 3+ years in content creation and social media management.
• 3+ years in B2B sales or business development.
• 2+ years in data analysis or marketing analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Statistics, Mathematics or a related field.
