Content Creator and Presenter

About the role

Kingford Homes is seeking a full‑time Content Creator and Presenter to develop and deliver engaging digital content that showcases its residential and commercial properties. The role is based on‑site in Lagos and combines creative storytelling with on‑camera presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, script, and produce video and written content for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.
• Appear on camera to conduct virtual property tours, host interviews, and deliver brand messages.
• Research real‑estate topics, create storyboards, and coordinate with sales and marketing teams.
• Work with designers and editors to ensure high‑quality visual output.
• Analyze content performance and adjust messaging based on audience engagement.

Required profile

• Strong command of spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is a plus.
• Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Interest or experience in real‑estate, architecture, or lifestyle content.
• Relevant academic background in Communications, Media, Marketing, Journalism, Theatre, or equivalent practical experience.

Required skills

• Video production basics, including framing and lighting awareness.
• Familiarity with simple video editing tools.
• Proficiency with social media platforms and digital marketing concepts.
