Content & Creative Strategist

About the role

The Content & Creative Strategist will own Tuteria’s storytelling across digital and offline channels. You will shape bold, memorable campaigns that combine education and entertainment, driving awareness, engagement and growth for Africa’s leading learning platform.

Key responsibilities

• Design and execute an integrated content strategy that aligns with brand and business objectives.
• Develop content playbooks, campaign calendars and go‑to‑market plans for product launches and seasonal initiatives.
• Lead creative direction for TikTok challenges, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, billboards and other media, ensuring a fresh, unmistakable Tuteria vibe.
• Craft compelling brand narratives that resonate with learners, parents, tutors and partners.
• Manage cross‑functional teams of creators, designers and editors, coordinating with marketing, product and partnership groups.
• Monitor performance metrics, optimise under‑performing assets and double‑down on high‑impact content.
• Identify emerging trends early and adapt them to keep Tuteria at the forefront of digital education.

Required profile

• Proven track record of launching multi‑channel campaigns that blend education and entertainment.
• Strong copywriting ability with a knack for creating lively, audience‑centric content.
• Passion for short‑form video platforms (TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts) and a pulse on viral trends.
• Creative thinker who thrives in a fast‑paced, experimental environment.
• Experience leading creative teams and collaborating across functions.
