Consultant Urologist – Laparoscopic & Robotic Surgeon

About the role

We are seeking a senior Consultant Urologist to lead high‑volume urological, laparoscopic and robotic surgeries across our Abuja and Lagos facilities. The role combines clinical excellence with a commitment to advancing minimally invasive urology in Nigeria.

Key responsibilities

• Perform advanced urological procedures including HoLEP, TUIP, RARP, LRP and robotic surgeries.
• Conduct endourological interventions such as PCNL, Mini‑PCNL, RIRS/FURS, TURBT and urethrocystoscopy.
• Manage inpatient surgical care and outpatient clinic appointments using state‑of‑the‑art diagnostic techniques.
• Participate in local and international training programmes to master cutting‑edge minimally invasive technologies.
• Uphold rigorous clinical standards, patient safety protocols and quality‑assurance measures.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of post‑graduate urology experience (60 months).
• Strong clinical discipline, hardworking attitude and dedication to long‑term urological care in Nigeria.
• Willingness to prioritize professional growth over short‑term financial gain.
