Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist – Full‑time in Warri

About the role

We are seeking a highly skilled Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist to join our team in Warri. The role involves delivering comprehensive reproductive health services, overseeing pregnancy care, and performing surgical procedures while maintaining the highest standards of patient safety.

Key responsibilities

• Provide specialist obstetric and gynecological consultations and treatments.
• Manage antenatal, intrapartum, and postnatal care services.
• Perform gynecological and obstetric surgical procedures as required.
• Diagnose and treat disorders of the female reproductive system.
• Conduct emergency obstetric and gynecological interventions.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure quality patient care.
• Supervise and mentor junior medical staff where necessary.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure compliance with medical regulations.

Required profile

• MBBS/MBChB or equivalent medical degree.
• Fellowship of the West African College of Surgeons (FWACS) in Obstetrics & Gynaecology.
• Full registration with the Medical and Dental Council of Nigeria and a valid practicing license.
• Minimum 5–7 years post‑fellowship experience as a Consultant Obstetrician & Gynecologist.
• Proven experience managing complex obstetric and gynecological cases.
