Construction & Renovation Worker – Holland/Germany (Ukrainian)

About the role

We are seeking motivated Ukrainian workers to join our construction and renovation teams operating in the Netherlands and Germany. The position involves hands‑on tasks on site for a period of eight weeks, followed by a short home stay.

Key responsibilities

• Perform demolition and clean‑up activities on building sites.
• Install and finish drywall.
• Carry out decorating work, including painting and finishing.
• Install laminate flooring and ceramic tiles.

Required profile

• Willingness to work abroad for eight weeks and return home for 16 days.
• Readiness to learn basic German (A1 level) – training costs covered.
• Flexibility, reliability and abstention from alcohol during work hours.
