Compliance Manager

About the role

PwC is seeking a Compliance Manager to help clients design, implement and assure robust compliance frameworks. You will work with financial institutions and corporations, leveraging analytics and technology to improve compliance performance and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Provide regulatory guidance for new business initiatives, technology platforms and marketing strategies.
• Conduct effectiveness reviews of compliance culture, programs and systems, benchmarking against industry standards.
• Develop and implement compliance structures, frameworks and policies across organisations.
• Analyse emerging regulations and assess their impact on clients in various sectors.
• Lead research, proposal development and creation of training materials.
• Design data‑driven compliance training programmes for diverse client bases.
• Use data visualisation tools to package and communicate complex reports to stakeholders.
• Manage complex compliance projects, including AML/CTF, sanctions screening and CDD/KYC implementations.
• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of compliance culture, controls and whistleblowing channels.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of compliance risk, anti‑money‑laundering and sanctions regulations.
• Experience conducting compliance assessments and leading implementation projects.
• Ability to translate regulatory changes into practical organisational actions.
• Excellent analytical and communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
