Communications Manager – Telecom (Nigeria)

About the role

We are looking for a Communications Manager to lead the marketing and communications activities of our telecom subsidiary in Nigeria. Reporting to senior management, you will shape the brand’s presence, drive multi‑channel campaigns and support the company’s growth across Ibadan and future markets.

Key responsibilities

• Define marketing objectives with senior leadership and develop comprehensive strategies aligned with business goals.
• Plan, execute and optimise multi‑channel campaigns to generate leads, acquire customers and improve retention.
• Oversee creation of engaging content for website, social media, email newsletters and print materials, coordinating with internal teams and external agencies.
• Manage digital marketing initiatives including SEO, SEM, PPC advertising, email marketing and social media advertising.
• Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends and inform strategic decisions.
• Develop and implement public‑relations programmes to enhance brand visibility and reputation.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience in communications, marketing or related fields.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively with senior management and cross‑functional teams.
• Strong analytical mindset with experience in market research and performance tracking.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
