CNG Operations Supervisor

About the role

The CNG Operations Supervisor will lead daily operations at our compressed natural gas (CNG) plant, ensuring safe, efficient and compliant performance. You will manage shift operators, oversee equipment, and drive continuous improvement in plant productivity.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate daily plant operations and monitor performance.
• Supervise shift operators and ensure adherence to safety procedures.
• Maintain compressors and gas handling systems within safe operating limits.
• Optimize plant efficiency and maintain accurate operational logs and shift reports.
• Implement permit‑to‑work systems and operational procedures.
• Escalate anomalies promptly and lead corrective actions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in gas, energy, or industrial plant operations.
• Strong knowledge of CNG compression and gas pressure control systems.
• Familiarity with HSE, emergency response, and regulatory compliance.
• Ability to handle incidents and near‑miss situations effectively.
