Cluster Manager - Food Carts

About the role

HR On Wheels is hiring a Cluster Manager in Lagos (Marina) to oversee a group of food carts. The role covers driving sales targets, managing attendants, monitoring operations and keeping accurate financial and stock records.

Key responsibilities

• Drive daily and monthly sales targets across assigned food carts.
• Supervise, coach and manage attendants to ensure compliance with operational standards.
• Monitor sales, reconcile cash and transfers, and maintain accurate financial records.
• Manage stock, ingredients and supplies while minimising waste and maintaining product quality.
• Conduct regular field visits to monitor cart performance and resolve operational challenges.
• Prepare daily and weekly sales and operational reports.
• Identify opportunities to improve sales, customer experience and overall business performance.

Required profile

• Minimum of OND/HND in Business Administration, Marketing, Hospitality Management, Operations Management or a related field; equivalent practical experience may be considered.
• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in retail operations, FMCG sales, food service, distribution or field supervision.
• Experience supervising multiple outlets, vendors or field teams is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work with sales targets, performance reports and operational records.
• Ability to work independently, take ownership of results and travel between assigned locations.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
• Strong leadership, communication, numeracy and problem-solving skills.
