Clinical Psychologist

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Clinical Psychologist to join our multidisciplinary team on a part‑time basis in Abuja. The role involves delivering comprehensive psychological services to individuals, couples, families and groups while contributing to our mental health initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct psychological assessments, clinical interviews and diagnostic evaluations.
• Provide evidence‑based psychotherapy (individual, couples, family or group) tailored to client needs.
• Develop, implement and regularly review individualized treatment plans.
• Perform crisis intervention, risk assessment and refer clients to specialist services when required.
• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records and case notes.
• Collaborate with psychiatrists, physicians, counsellors, social workers and other health professionals.
• Participate in case reviews, clinical meetings, supervision and ongoing professional development.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years (36 months) relevant clinical experience.
• At least an MBA or MSc in Psychology or a related field.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
• Mid‑level professional with strong ethical and confidentiality standards.
