Client Service Manager

About the role

The Client Service Manager will be the main point of contact for assigned client accounts, driving business growth and ensuring high‑quality delivery of marketing communications projects. You will work closely with internal teams to translate client briefs into actionable plans and nurture long‑term relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Identify, pursue and close new business opportunities to expand the client portfolio.
• Manage assigned client accounts, serving as the primary liaison.
• Build strong client relationships and support upsell and cross‑sell initiatives.
• Translate client briefs into clear internal briefs and coordinate delivery across teams.
• Liaise with internal teams to ensure timely, high‑quality execution of campaigns.
• Track account performance, revenue, and maintain accurate documentation.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in account management or business development within an agency environment.
• Proven track record handling clients, proposals and meeting revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of marketing communications services (digital, branding, social media, media, experiential).
• Female candidate preferred to support gender balance.
