Client Relationship Associate

About the role

Reliance Health is looking for a Client Relationship Associate to join its Abuja team. You will be the frontline point of contact for corporate clients, ensuring a seamless experience across all channels and supporting initiatives that improve satisfaction and retention.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for assigned corporate clients and build strong relationships with HR, administration and decision‑makers.
• Manage the full contract renewal process, including pricing discussions, negotiations and documentation.
• Hold regular business review meetings to discuss plan performance, usage trends and improvement areas.
• Review utilization reports and Medical Expense Ratio data, providing actionable recommendations.
• Monitor client satisfaction, identify issues and support onboarding and service implementation.
• Identify opportunities for additional products or services and collaborate with the Sales team.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or HND in any discipline.
• Completed NYSC or hold a valid exemption letter.
• Excellent interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical ability and confidence working with numerical data.
• High attention to detail and goal‑oriented mindset.

Required skills

• Basic proficiency in Microsoft Office tools.
