Client Engagement & Conversion Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Client Engagement & Conversion Specialist to join our team in Lagos. You will be the first point of contact for walk‑in clients and prospects, guiding them through the sales funnel until account activation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage walk‑in clients, inbound calls, messages and company‑provided leads.
• Guide prospects from initial contact to account activation and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate records of customer information, lead progress and interactions using the company’s app and CRM.
• Achieve monthly sales, conversion and revenue targets through active outreach on digital channels.
• Utilise social media platforms to engage potential customers and respond to inquiries.
• Provide regular, data‑driven updates on sales activities, pipeline status and customer feedback to management.

Required profile

• HND or equivalent in Business, Marketing, Communication or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of proven experience in sales, student recruitment or digital marketing.
• Track record of meeting or exceeding sales conversion and customer satisfaction targets.
• Strong written and verbal English communication with professional phone etiquette.
• Excellent time‑management and multitasking abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with major social media platforms: Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, WhatsApp Business.
• Experience using social media marketing tools and AI productivity tools such as ChatGPT.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms and digital analytics tools.
• Competence with online collaboration tools.
