Client Acquisition Specialist – Business Development

About the role

Elevare Human Solutions Ltd is seeking a highly motivated Client Acquisition Specialist to drive business development across multiple industries. The role focuses on identifying new corporate clients, nurturing strategic relationships, and generating revenue through the sale of HR consulting and recruitment services.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, referrals, digital platforms and cold outreach.
• Build and maintain relationships with business owners, HR leaders and key decision‑makers.
• Present Elevare’s recruitment, HR consulting, workforce outsourcing, training and business support services to prospective clients.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and service agreements, conduct presentations and negotiate commercial terms.
• Achieve monthly revenue and client acquisition targets while maintaining an active sales pipeline.
• Collaborate with internal recruitment and consulting teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Human Resources or a related field.
• Minimum three years of experience in business development, corporate sales, recruitment sales or B2B sales.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Experience selling professional services is an advantage.
