Client Account Manager

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Client Account Manager to serve as the primary liaison for our assigned client accounts. You will ensure exceptional service delivery while driving growth through upselling and cross‑selling opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the main point of contact for client accounts, delivering high‑quality service.
• Build and nurture strong client relationships and identify upsell/cross‑sell opportunities.
• Seek new business opportunities to support revenue growth.
• Translate client objectives and briefs into clear, actionable deliverables for internal teams.
• Coordinate with creative, strategy, digital and production teams to meet project timelines, scope and quality standards.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, reports and other client‑facing documentation.
• Monitor account performance, budgets, timelines and revenue targets.
• Address client concerns proactively and provide solutions to enhance satisfaction and retention.
• Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to offer strategic recommendations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business Administration or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in client account management, account servicing or business development within a creative, advertising, digital or integrated marketing communications agency.
• Proven track record of managing client relationships, preparing proposals and achieving revenue targets.
• Strong understanding of marketing communications, including digital marketing, branding, social media, media planning and experiential marketing.
• Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation and stakeholder management abilities.
• Highly organized with the capacity to manage multiple accounts in a fast‑paced environment.
