About the role
The Chief Security Officer will lead the security function for Femi Okunnu Phase II Estate, ensuring a safe environment for residents, staff and visitors. This senior role involves developing strategy, overseeing personnel and handling incidents across the estate.
Key responsibilities
- Design and implement a comprehensive security strategy for the estate.
- Supervise and schedule security officers, ensuring optimal coverage.
- Conduct regular security assessments, risk analyses and audits.
- Manage access control, CCTV surveillance and other security technology systems.
- Respond to security incidents, investigate breaches and document findings.
- Develop and execute emergency response protocols and evacuation plans.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree (BSc) in a relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar security leadership role.
- Proven ability to manage security teams and coordinate with external agencies.
Required skills
- Security strategy development.
