About the role
We are seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer to drive operational excellence and champion digital transformation for our media brand. The COO will act as the public face of the organisation, building relationships with partners, regulators and key stakeholders.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and manage day‑to‑day operations across the organisation.
- Serve as the brand’s spokesperson, representing it with partners, stakeholders and regulators.
- Lead digital transformation initiatives to improve content delivery and audience engagement.
- Build and lead a high‑performing executive team while fostering a culture of accountability and innovation.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Media Management or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Minimum of 8 years of professional experience, preferably in media, digital or creative industries.
