Chief Operating Officer

About the role

The Chief Operating Officer (COO) will act as the operational backbone of Goldenmuv Premium Consulting, overseeing day‑to‑day activities across all business functions. Reporting directly to the Managing Director, the COO ensures seamless execution, risk mitigation, and compliance while representing the firm with key stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee end‑to‑end operations including client onboarding, transactions, disbursements, settlements and reporting, and enforce SOPs and service standards.
• Embed SEC, AML/CFT and KYC regulatory requirements into operations, manage risk registers and prepare for audits.
• Support portfolio operations such as custody, valuation, income collection and financial reporting; assist in structuring lending and investment transactions.
• Act on behalf of the Managing Director when required, chair internal meetings and engage with regulators, clients and partners.
• Supervise finance, HR, administration and vendor management, overseeing budgeting, cost control and management reporting.
• Drive implementation of strategic initiatives, operational improvements and product development, including alternative and non‑interest finance offerings.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field.
• Professional qualifications: ICAN or ACCA required; CFA advantageous.
• SEC‑sponsored or eligible for registration.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in financial services, with at least 5 years in senior management.
