About the role

The Kaelith Logevity Institute is seeking a dynamic Chief Operating Officer to drive operational excellence across its healthcare services. Reporting directly to the CEO, the COO will translate strategic goals into efficient day‑to‑day operations while delivering outstanding patient experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with the institute’s strategic objectives.
• Lead cross‑functional teams and optimize business processes for efficiency.
• Manage vendor relationships, facility management, technology infrastructure, and supply‑chain operations.
• Develop scalable operational systems to support growth and expansion.
• Collaborate with executive leadership to shape long‑term operational strategy.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Healthcare Management, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
• 5–10 years of progressive leadership experience, preferably in healthcare, hospitality, or service‑driven industries.
• Strong strategic planning, financial management, people leadership, project management, and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proven track record of building high‑performing teams and driving operational efficiency.
